The Center for Opioid Research, Education, and Outreach (COACH) was established in 2019 by Auburn University’s Harrison College of Pharmacy to address the growing impact of substance use disorders across Alabama. Leveraging expertise in research, education, and community engagement, COACH takes an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to prevention, treatment, and outreach—working to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities affected by opioids and substance use disorders.
